How does it work?

It’s simple! Follow these three steps:

2. Login with your Google account into TeamCal.
3. Start scheduling.

What subscription do I need?

We recommend our Premium plan as it’s the perfect choice to start when you need to export and share your schedules with others. With the Premium plan, you can manage up to 45 calendars and give unlimited users access to TeamCal.

The Starter plan is best suited for smaller teams with up to 15 calendars who like to create simple work schedules.

If you prefer the full package or have over 100 calendars to manage we recommend our Business or Enterprise plan.

Per organization only one subscription plan is required. Multiple users can use the same paid TeamCal account.

Can I test for TeamCal for free?

Absolutely! We offer a free 14-day trial of all our features. No credit card is required to use the trial.

Do you offer annual plans?

Yes we do! In fact customers paying annually will get 2 months free every year and save money. Contact us if you are interested in an annual plan.
