The Site and Service processes your personal information in the United States and other countries. We may process your personal information on a server located outside the country where you live. In addition we need to give certain data to 3rd party service providers in order to offer the Service. This includes hosting (Cloudflare, Heroku, WPEngine), analytics (Google, Intercom) and payment processing (Stripe).
Google Calendar & Contact Data
The Service uses the official Google Calendar API and Google Contact API to access your data and can access the data according to the Gmail or GSuite permissions of the Google user used with the Service. We need to access your Google Calendar data in order to generate schedules for the Service. The contact data is accessed to provide a search and list to lookup new calendars for your schedule. Your calendar and contact data will be processed by our Service infrastructure as necessary for display purposes.
You can revoke access for the Service to your calendar & contact data at any time by deleting your TeamCal account or in the Google account security settings.
